Warranty Policy

Bell Motorsport products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (5) years from the date of purchase, unless specified by local requirements. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damage is caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. Bell makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. Bell shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Damaged products covered by the warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size and style, at Bell’s sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by Bell's warranty policy will be shipped back to you. Any purchase from an unauthorised vendor voids the warranty.

The Bell Motorsports Crash Replacement Policy offers you up to a 40% discount on the current recommended retail price. The replacement Helmet will be the same model as the original, or the nearest current equivalent if the original is not available.
