Return Eligibility

Only items purchased directly from bellhelmets.co.nz  within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for return or exchange. To qualify, items must be in restockable condition, including:

• Original tags and stickers
• Original packaging and documentation

1. Complete the returns form below.
2. You'll receive a response within 2-4 business days, and your claim should be resolved within 2-3 weeks.
3. Please note: Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse aren't covered by our warranty.

Items Purchased Elsewhere

If your Bell Helmets product was purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly for return or exchange assistance.
